As part of your nomination, please submit a short video that brings your innovation to life.

This is your opportunity to show the judges and the Gold Coast sporting community how your technology or idea is making a difference.

Your video will be used both for judging and for promotion of finalists in the lead-up to the Gold Coast Sports Awards Night at The Star Gold Coast on 28 February 2026.

If selected as a finalist, a short section of your video may be featured on-screen during the ceremony and shared across Sports Gold Coast’s social media and digital channels.

What to include in your video:

A clear introduction to your technology, product, or program.
The story behind its creation — what problem it solves and why it matters.
Footage or demonstrations of it in action (if possible).
Key outcomes, results, or community impact.
Short statements from founders, users, or partners (optional).

Video requirements:

Maximum 2 minutes in length.
Format: MP4 or MOV, maximum file size 250 MB.
Filmed in landscape orientation.
Can be professional or self-recorded — clarity and authenticity matter most.
