A leader in partnerships, community impact, and the future of Gold Coast sport.

Sports Gold Coast is proud to welcome Lisa Ketjen to our Board — a respected business leader, passionate sports fan, and dedicated community advocate whose influence is felt across the Gold Coast and beyond.

Lisa is the Corporate Partnerships Manager at the Usher Group, a proudly Australian, family-owned company headquartered right here on the Gold Coast. Renowned for her ability to build powerful partnerships at every level of business, Lisa brings a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a deep commitment to strengthening community through meaningful collaboration.

Beyond her professional role, Lisa is an exceptional contributor to the Gold Coast’s economic and social landscape. She currently holds board positions with the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce, the Bond University Women’s Network, and the Swell Sculpture Festival. She also serves as Chairperson of the Future Lady Tradies Board, and is an influential ambassador for Sydney Build Women in Construction and a Women in Construction Mental Health Ambassador — proudly championing women, trades, and wellbeing across multiple industries.

Lisa’s passion for sport, family, and community shines through everything she does. A lifelong sports fan, she places enormous value on giving back and continues to support a wide range of charities and not-for-profit organisations through her volunteer work, leadership, and advocacy.

Her appointment strengthens the strategic capability of Sports Gold Coast as we continue to grow programs, build partnerships, and expand opportunities for athletes and community sport across the region.

We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Ketjen to the Sports Gold Coast Board and look forward to the impact her leadership, passion, and vision will bring to our organisation.
